Southern Cross Healthcare is the largest provider of care home services in the UK with a total of 652 care homes. Media House has been protecting the reputations of the company's three brands - Southern Cross Healthcare, Ashbourne Senior Living and Active Care Partnerships - for over 5 years.

Objectives

To create a cohesive and comprehensive crisis management plan for all UK care homes and Media House provides 24/7 crisis management support.

Results

This year, Media House handled the Ministerial launch of Pitkerro Care Centre with The Minister for Public Health, Shona Robison MSP, officially opening the new £4million purpose built home, offering the latest in care provisions for the elderly and the elderly mentally infirm.
